Ruthie

Ruthie is a joy to be around.  She likes to follow humans and is very passive. She used to be a stray but you would never guess that from her calm and easy behaviour. She enjoys head rubs and all sorts of attention from humans as well as adapting quickly and  making friends with other dogs. She

Samson

Samson used to be very timid but with patience and love from volunteers, he has learned to go out for walks. He is a very gentle boy.

Anki

Although Anki is a little bit shy in front of new people, she starts to know the place is safe for her, so she’s willing to explore more at the Centre. She likes to eat and play with friends! Let’s give her a chance to shine.

Gabby

Gabby is the happiest dog you will ever meet! She has an endless amount of joy to spread, always wagging her tail, always smiling, and always excited to see you. Gabby is very sociable to both dogs and humans, and will lie down to try to get belly rubs whenever she can. Appearance-wise she is

Cider

Cider is a very sweet and gentle dog that always blinks at you! He was born with one eye but he is healthy. He will play with every dog gently. Come and Meet Cider at Tai Po Homing Centre!

Starling

Starling is a sweet darling and friendly girl. She likes to give paws and stay with humans. She enjoys walking in the nature side. Starling can be a little shy at the beginning, but it won’t take her long to trust someone. Bring her home!

Benson

We thought Benson was not an easy boy in Homing Centre but please read below his foster wrote about him. Obviously Benson is more relaxed in a home environment and showing his true sweet character. From his foster mom: Benson is a magnet for all the love you’ve got to give! He came to us

Erin

Erin is slow to warm up so she is looking for a patient and understanding family with a friendly, confident dog as company. Ideally, she could be adopted with another dog as a companion or a home with another 4-legged friend. Erin is not recommended for families with young children.

Warren

Warren is a dog that enjoys being in the company of humans and will look for any opportunity to play. As a sharpei mix, his unique looks makes having him around that much more entertaining. Warren is best suited for a family looking to welcome a single dog into their home where he can have

Banjo

Banjo looks like a little German Shepherd but he isn’t a purebreed, just a loveable little guy waiting for a home.

Camilla

Camilla is shy in nature which makes her nervous in new situations, but once familiar with the environment and caretakers, she is relaxed and happy in human company. She gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog.

Barton

Barton is generally a calm and friendly boy. He may be a little nervous at first but once the bonding is built, he is a sweet dog.  He can also be quite independent so would be good for some quiet households. Give him a chance to start a new life and bring him home!
