HK$1000 Gold Sponsorship　HK$1,000 金級贊助

For monthly donations of HK$1,000 (minimum 12 consecutive months) or annual donations of HK$12,000:
每月捐款港幣1,000元（連續最少12個月），或每年捐款港幣12,000元：

• This level of giving includes all the benefits of the lower tiers and provides critical funding for extensive medical needs such as surgeries and specialized treatments.
• You will be sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official sponsor of that dog. If your sponsored dog is adopted or passed away, another dog will be assigned to you, and you will receive a new certificate.
• You will receive updates of your sponsored dog twice a year.
• You will be entitled to two complimentary tickets to our annual “Peak To Fong” Sponsored Walk.

• 此級別包含銀級及銅級贊助的福利，並為狗隻提供進階的醫療資源，包括手術及專科治療。
• 你會收到「狗狗救助會」證書及迎新信，以確認你是該狗狗之贊助者。若該狗狗被領養或離世，將會為你分配另一隻狗狗並重新頒發證書。
• 每年將收到兩次贊助狗狗的最新消息。

HK$500 Silver Sponsorship　HK$500 銀級贊助

For monthly donations of HK$500 (minimum 12 consecutive months) or annual donations of HK$6,000:
每月捐款港幣500元（連續最少12個月），或每年捐款港幣6,000元：

• This level of giving includes all the benefits of the Bronze Sponsorship and covers vital medical expenses, helping us provide preventative care like heartworm medication and vaccinations, while also addressing unexpected illnesses or injuries.
• You will be sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official sponsor of that dog. If your sponsored dog is adopted or passed away, another dog will be assigned to you, and you will receive a new certificate.
• You will receive an annual update of your sponsored dog.

• 此級別包含銅級贊助的福利，並協助支付重要的醫療費用，包括心絲蟲預防藥物、年度疫苗接種，以及突發疾病或受傷的治療。
• 你會收到「狗狗救助會」證書及迎新信，以確認你是該狗狗之贊助者。若該狗狗被領養或離世，將會為你分配另一隻狗狗並重新頒發證書。
• 每年將收到一次贊助狗狗的最新消息。

 

HK$200 Bronze Sponsorship　HK$200 銅級贊助

For monthly donations of HK$200 (minimum 12 consecutive months) or annual donations of HK$2,400:
每月捐款港幣200元（連續最少12個月），或每年捐款港幣2,400元：

• This level of giving provides the necessities including monthly costs of flea and tick protection, nutritious food, safe shelter, and a clean environment.
• You will be sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official sponsor of that dog. If your sponsored dog is adopted or passed away, another dog will be assigned to you, and you will receive a new certificate.

• 此級別提供狗隻日常所需，包括每月的防蚤防蜱藥物、營養食物、安全的庇護所及清潔的生活環境。
• 你會收到「狗狗救助會」證書及迎新信，以確認你是該狗狗之贊助者。若該狗狗被領養或離世，將會為你分配另一隻狗狗並重新頒發證書。
