Dear Friend,

On any given day at Hong Kong Dog Rescue (HKDR) there approximately 600 dogs and puppies waiting to find forever homes. We take in dogs that have been abused and neglected, abandoned, or simply need a home.

I would like to invite you to support this important work by participating in HKDR’s annual charity party, “Bohemian Pupsody – An Evening with Teddie Mercury” at the Aberdeen Marina Club Ballroom on Saturday, 21 September. Cocktails start at 6:00PM.

This fun and fabulous evening based on the music of rock sensation Queen, will celebrate our HKDR dogs who are waiting and hoping to find their forever home. Guest MC, Vita Starkin and guest DJ Barry Gold will help rock the night and help us party hard.

This year’s event marks the 16th anniversary of HKDR. Since our founding in 2003, we have saved the lives of more than 9,000 dogs and enriched the lives of at least as many humans, who enjoy the unconditional love and companionship of a four footed best friend.

HKDR is funded almost exclusively by private donations and all proceeds from the charity party directly support the dogs. Each dollar raised provides food, shelter, and veterinary treatment for those dogs in our care, as well as our ongoing advocacy efforts to protect dogs and other animals in Hong Kong.

There are a number of ways to support the event, become a sponsor, buy a ticket or table, or make a cash or product donation.
