$1,000 Pledge Level　HK$1,000 贊助級別

For a monthly donation of HK$1,000 for a minimum of 12 months or yearly donation of HK$12,000:

  • You will be sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official sponsor of that dog. 
  • You will receive updates of your sponsored dog twice a year.  If your dog is adopted, another dog will be assigned to you and you will receive a new certificate. 
  • You will be entitled to two free tickets to our annual Peak To Fong Sponsored Walk. 

你同意作出最少12個月、每月HK$1,000之捐款，並享有以下福利：

  • 你會收到一張附有狗狗相片及簽名的證書，以證明你是該狗狗之贊助者。
  • 你會每年收到兩次被贊助狗狗的最新消息。如你贊助的狗狗被領養，本會會安排另一隻狗狗接受你的贊助及簽發新證書給你。
  • 你會獲贈本會年度籌款活動「Peak to Fong」之入埸券兩張。

$500 Pledge Level　HK$500 贊助級別

 For a monthly donation of HK$500 for a minimum of 12 months or yearly donation of HK$6,000:

  • You will be sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official sponsor of that dog.
  • You will receive an annual update of your sponsored dog. If your dog is adopted, another dog will be assigned to you and you will receive a new certificate.

你同意作出最少12個月、每月HK$500之捐款，並享有以下福利：
• 你會收到一張附有狗狗相片及簽名的證書，以證明你是該狗狗之贊助者。
• 你會每年收到被贊助狗狗的最新消息。如你贊助的狗狗被領養，本會會安排另一隻狗狗接受你的贊助及簽發新證書給你。

 $200 Pledge Level　HK$200 贊助級別

For a monthly donation of HK$200 for a minimum of 12 months or yearly donation of HK$2,400:

  • You will be exclusively sponsoring one of HKDR’s dogs and receive a Life Saver Club Certificate acknowledging you as the official Monthly Maintenance sponsor of that dog.
  • Monthly Maintenance Programme covers the monthly costs of flea, tick and heartworm protection for the sponsored dog.  If your dog is adopted, another dog will be assigned to you and you will receive a new certificate.

你同意作出最少12個月、每月HK$200之捐款，並享有以下優惠：

  • 你會收到一張附有狗狗相片及簽名的證書，以證明你是該狗狗之專屬贊助者。
  • 醫護月費捐款會用作支付被贊助狗狗預防狗蝨、牛蜱及心絲蟲之費用。如你贊助的狗狗被領養，本會會安排另一隻狗狗接受你的贊助及簽發新證書給你。
