By buying the event T-shirt and completing the sponsorship form with your information, you are successfully enrolled in the event.
Online Ticket sale deadline is 31 October 2025 ; Retail ticket sale deadline is 22 November 2025.
Hong Kong Dog Rescue Ltd. (“HKDR”) reserves the right to make changes and cancellations without prior notice. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseeable reasons, all sponsorship payments and donations will NOT be refunded.
Fundraising Matters
Sponsored Walkers are encouraged to raise more sponsorship by inviting family, friends and colleagues to support you for the P2F2025. The deadline for submitting the sponsorship money to HKDR booth #32 at Lan Kwai Fong is 4pm on November 23rd. The announcement of the Top 10 Fundraising pirze winners will be finalised within four weeks after the event.
For donations of HK$100 or above, a donation e-receipt will be sent to the donor by email.
Rules & Regulations
All sponsored walkers are invited to gather at the Peak at 10:30am and join the walk starting at 11:00am. Please arrive at The Peak in advance of the start time considering the traffic. All sponsored walkers MUST wear our Peak to Fong 2025 T-shirt as a ticket to participate our charity walk.
Street Party at Lan Kwai Fong will start at 11:00am. All participants are welcome to join our Street Party.
All participating dogs must be microchipped and fully vaccinated against rabies.
Owners must always manage their dogs. All dogs must be leashed.
Be a responsible dog owner, clean up after your dog to keep the route and venue clean.
During the event period, in case of accidents caused by their pets, pet owners are liable to the concerned parties and will be responsible for all medical and other expenses related to the accident.
The HKDR, its sponsors, contractors, employees, members, representatives, and volunteers will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to any participants, spectators, nor their dogs during the event.
The HKDR and sponsors are irrevocably granted the right to photograph participants and their dogs and have their name, voice, likeness and appearance made into photographs, sound, videos or multi-media recordings. Participants must acknowledge and agree that no payment or other compensation shall be payable by Organiser or Venue Sponsor in connection with the Recording or any use thereof.
Should the event be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser or in the case of a force majeure resulting in the event being cancelled, no fee is refundable. Force majeure includes and is not limited to the Organiser being unable to perform its obligations or organise or hold the event due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disaster, civil disobedience, war, epidemic, or government intervention or the likelihood of such event or act.
The decision of the HKDR in respect of any matters of the event shall be final.
